ROUT HELP

Good questions. Clear answers.

What you can try today, what we’re building, and how your wallet stays yours.

Do I need to open a new credit card?

Rout starts with the cards you already have. The first product will connect supported cards and map their rewards so you can see which one to use.

Can I use Rout today?

Rout is coming soon. Join the waitlist for product updates and early access invitations. The first release focuses on card recommendations; automatic routing comes as payment integrations mature.

What makes a card the best choice?

The merchant category, rewards and offers, caps, card eligibility and your preferences all matter. Rout aims to compare eligible options and explain the expected value.

Can I choose a different card?

Yes—the planned experience includes user overrides and preferences. When Rout is unsure, the design calls for a safe default or your choice.

Will Rout copy my Apple Wallet?

No. Cards must be added through supported connections and provisioning partners. Direct import from Apple Wallet is not assumed.

What will it cost?

Pricing is still being developed. The current plan includes a proposed $5/month Premium tier and a transparent fee for future payment orchestration. Final pricing and supported features will be confirmed before launch.

Which cards will Rout support?

Rout starts with the cards you already have, especially if you juggle two or more rewards cards. Supported cards, issuers and regions will be confirmed before launch. The cards shown here are examples, not confirmed partnerships.

Where does the information come from?

The planned system combines merchant and category signals, issuer terms and reward rules, and the wallet information you allow Rout to access. Partner feeds and manual verification can help keep rules current. Terminal, location and network signals depend on available integrations.

Does AI decide where my money goes?

AI can help interpret merchant information and complex reward terms. Explicit rules check eligibility, limits and your preferences. The first release recommends a card and explains why; it does not automatically move money.

What if Rout is unsure or gets it wrong?

The planned experience lets you override a recommendation and report an incorrect result. When information is uncertain, Rout should ask you to choose or use your preferred default. Future automatic payments also need a fallback if a card is declined. Extra rewards are not guaranteed.

Is Rout a bank?

No. Rout is a wallet and payment-intelligence product in development. It is not designed to hold your money as a bank. Future regulated payment functions will require appropriate partners.

Will card suggestions be influenced by referral payments?

Rout may eventually earn a referral fee when someone applies for a suggested card. The product principle is to find gaps in your wallet and recommend for your fit, rather than the highest referral payout. Card suggestions are a planned feature.

What happens after I join?

You will receive product updates and early-access invitations. The plan starts with explained recommendations, then a closed beta to test accuracy and everyday usefulness. Partner-enabled automatic routing comes later. Family wallets and financing options are longer-term ideas, not launch features.
